NXP’s Connected NFC Tag NTAG I2C Demo Kit, OM5569/NT312D,699, is a simple, easy to use kit featuring the connected tag chip, NTAG I2C. Designed to simulate an NTAG I2C tag chip in an embedded electronics system, the kit allows users to demonstrate basic principles of dual interface. Users can develop and test their own applications while being able to explore all NTAG I²C features. The kit includes a main board, a class 5 antenna board and is supported by an Android app that is available on the Google play store free of charge.

The High Performance NFC Frontend Reader IC CLRC663 Demo Kit, CLEV663B,699, is an exciting opportunity for users to test the capabilities of the CLRC663 reader board. The CLRC663 is a high performance Frontend P2P reader/writer IC that supports multiple contactless reader protocols based on 13.56 MHz. The evaluation kit includes the reader board that is attached to the antenna. The informational video presents an overview of Fairchild’s extended temperature family of mid-voltage MOSFETs, discusses the motivation for using the products, covers target applications, and highlights their many features and benefits.

Fairchild’s FDMS8x family, FDMC8x family, and FDBLx series enable manufacturers to improve the reliability and performance of their products with an expanded line of extended temperature (ET) mid-voltage MOSFETs,  which can operate at 175° C.

The higher operating temperatures enable up to 85 percent greater power density and three times more reliability than MOSFETs rated to the 150° C industry standard.

This new family of ET MOSFETs aligns with the IPC-9592 power conversion standard, which means the maximum operating junction temperature can be up to 150° C, as opposed to 125° C for standard 150° C MOSFETs, to enable more design margin.

The family includes new devices, available in both 5 mm x 6 mm and 3 mm x 3 mm standard packages, as well as the new TO-Leadless (TO-LL) package. The devices are offered in a wide range of voltage ratings, including 30V, 40V, 60V, 80V, 100V, 120V and 150V. They are ideal for industrial high ambient temperature and harsh environment applications.
