After a keynote speech by an expert from Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, they may choose to attend sessions in one of four technical streams: motor control, sensing and predictive maintenance, embedded control and displays, or wired and wireless connectivity.

Future Electronics is co-hosting the seminar with interconnect manufacturer WAGO Kontakttechnik, and the seminar will include a one-hour tour of the WAGO factory in Minden to provide a real-life example of the application of the latest Industry 4.0 technology.

The sessions will be presented by engineering experts from semiconductor manufacturers including ON Semiconductor, NXP Semiconductors, STMicroelectronics, Microchip and ROHM Semiconductor and by field applications engineers and market specialists from Future Electronics and WAGO.

At the end of the day, all those attending will be entitled to claim a free development kit suitable for their current or next development project. The seminar itself is also free of charge.

The 319A series features the highest efficacy 3W power package with a nominal forward current of 1050mA. It incorporates new cutting edge die technology to maximize light density under the LED dome. The 319A will also enable differentiated luminaire form factor designs because the LM-80 data support drive currents of 1200mA at an in-situ temperature of 120°C to minimize the LED count as well as the size and shape of the thermal solution. The LSC now also includes light sources that do not yet have an available LM-80 report. This now enables users to consider recently released products for design consideration in to their fixtures.

The tool also includes an automatic offset that incorporates the efficiency impact of the integrated driver and/or integrated optic for modules and light engines when applicable.

SMARTRAC establishes Global Distribution Agreement with Future Electronics

Amsterdam (The Netherlands), Montreal (Canada), November 28, 2016 – RFID and IoT solutions pacesetter SMARTRAC has signed a distribution partnership with Future Electronics, one of the largest electronics components distributors in the world. The cooperation with Smartrac is Future Electronics’ first venture into RFID technology. 

The distribution partnership came into effect on November 1, 2016, and covers Smartrac’s portfolio of standard inlays and tags in UHF/RAIN and HF frequencies including NFC. For these products, Future Electronics will act as a stocking and value-added distributor, involving its global engineering and sales staff including the company’s System Design Centers in Montreal, Egham (UK), Gdansk (Poland), Shenzhen (China) and Bangalore (India).
